Our premium 260gsm PVC mesh banners are designed to perform in all weather conditions, making them an excellent choice for outdoor advertising and signage. The perforated mesh material allows wind to pass through the banner, helping to reduce resistance in strong winds and preventing flapping or movement. Manufactured for strength and durability, each banner is finished with reinforced hems and fitted with 25mm eyelets (12mm internal diameter) for secure and reliable installation. The material is also UV resistant, helping to maintain sharp, vibrant colours even with prolonged outdoor exposure.

Available in a wide range of sizes — from 420 x 594mm (A2) up to 2500 x 4890mm — our mesh banners can be tailored to suit a variety of applications. Artwork Guidelines & Important Information

Please follow the specifications below when preparing your artwork for print:

• Supply artwork at full size (1:1 scale)
• Eyelets are automatically placed 20mm from the edge of the banner and spaced approximately every 500mm
• Include 3mm bleed on all sides
• Keep all important text and graphics within a 50mm safe zone from the trim edge
• Supply files as a CMYK PDF/X-1a:2001
• All fonts must be outlined or embedded
• Recommended artwork resolution: 150dpi
• For best print results, we recommend:
  • Minimum font size: 18pt
  • Minimum line thickness: 2pt
